Mike Creech is my AOL pen pal and IM Buddy.

We grew up together.  We Chat every week and

we enjoy talking about getting together again.

even though we are over 1,000 miles apart

we can still keep in touch.

Thanks for sending the Pictures Mike.

The first picture is George and John and I.

Mike Creech writes: "Don,  Here

are a few pictures from our cruise this summer.

Thought you might want to see

Sue and the kids."

Later,
Mike

I shot the sunset from our balcony.

Then there's the boys along with Sue, Julie, and George's fiancée Lori. They're getting married in November.   The last one is me climbing the rock wall on the ship."

Mike is an avid bike enthusiast.

You can tell by looking at the muscles in his legs.

Gary Austin writes:

"Here is a photo of the latest addition to the Austin clan. A little stick of dynamite named Zoe who loves to chew on house slippers (with toes attached).  Best Regards--Gary"

Dad's x-partner Gil Lingleson and his wife Bonnie.  Dad and Gil were Detectives back in the day, working to reduce crime and putting the bad guys away while on the EPD.  Gil and Bonnie were the first people that we knew from Evansville that moved to Florida permanently.

In this picture, Gil and Bonnie are celebrating their 50th Anniversary.  Congratulations

Here is Dennis Verkamp

from Evansville surfing...

I think this was in Hawaii.

Way to go Dennis!

My best friend Steve Evans and his wife Theresa.

I think I remember Steve was saying:

"One more smart-ass comment and you will be eating my fist!"

Steve and Theresa at the Pub.

Steve in a little better mood!

When we came back to Evansville for Mom and Dad's 50th Anniversary, we found out that Steve was laid up in the Hospital with a blood clot in his leg.

Good news...he's back to normal and doing well.

My brother Jeff has always had a thing for flying.  He has been flying remote control airplanes and helicopters for many years.

Someday, I'm sure I'll be hearing him say, you should have seen me pull a loop with this thing!
